3 PERFECT FEEL GOOD SMOOTHIES

Smoothies are a great drink all year round, but especially nice when the sun shines don’t you think? Over the last few days, I got a really nasty bug, so the best solution was to make shit-loads of smoothing packed with shit-loads of fruit. Below are 3 of my favourite recipes:

  • 1 Carrot
  • A handful of pineapple chunks
  • 1 Orange
  • A tiny piece of ginger
  • A splash of apple juice
    Mix all the above in a blender, then sieve to get all the bits out!

  • A handful of raspberries
  • A little piece of ginger
  • A splash of milk
    Whizzed around in a blender
